Launch Terms
Last updated: June 3, 2026.
These launch terms describe the operating rules for early customers, design partners, and self-serve teams using ChaosProxy.
Service
ChaosProxy provides chaos testing for browser agents, including managed browser runs, failure scenarios, trace artifacts, replay evidence, scoring, API keys, and project webhooks.
Acceptable Use
- Only test domains you own, control, or have explicit permission to test.
- Do not use ChaosProxy for unauthorized scraping, abuse, fraud, credential harvesting, or security attacks.
- Do not attempt to bypass domain verification, quota enforcement, API-key scoping, or webhook safety checks.
Customer Data
You are responsible for the data and workflows you submit to ChaosProxy. Use staging or demo environments first and avoid unnecessary personal data, payment data, secrets, or production credentials in test flows.
Plans and Billing
Launch plans are Free, Developer, Startup, and Enterprise. Paid self-serve billing is handled by Stripe. Overage pricing, retention, and included runs are described in the published pricing strategy and product checkout flow.
Availability
ChaosProxy is an early launch product. We work to keep the service reliable, but design partners should not treat it as the only control protecting production releases.
Contact
Questions about access, billing, or partner agreements can be sent through Contact.
For enterprise pilots, private workers, SSO, or custom retention, we use a written partner agreement before production rollout.
